As I was once a first year this is article I can give good tips on. To prevent nervousness in first years, and to help them get around their school with the most ease as possible.
Asking some first years parts they disliked about making their way around the school and getting to know the teachers. They disliked walking past older years at lockers in tight spaces as they felt they would get pushed and shoved about. The best way to get on with teachers is to always be attentive and always complete your homework most teachers will give you one or two chances but if it becomes a regular occurrence teachers may always be watching over you.
Survival tips from 1-5
1: Always complete homework
2: Travel in groups or leave a few minutes early for class to avoid corridor jams
3:Look interested in class this way the teacher will never catch you out
4: Obey all rules this way teachers have no way of giving out to you
5:Be respectful to other pupils and teachers if you don't look for trouble trouble more than likely won't find you.
I hope my survival tips help you to have a fun and enjoyable first year in CBS Roscommon
